What to expect
SUP, EAT, SLEEP! 3 days full of Supsurfing, beach, nature, fun and some yoga. You can join only as a more experienced paddler to improve your skills in the waves. Come experience an inspiring sup culture with healthy food, dutch waves & beautiful sunsets.
What's included
* 3 SUP sessions in the Morning
* 2 SUP sessions in the Afternoon/Evening
* a SUP-session is on average 1,5 hrs
* 1 Yoga-session, sometimes we combine the yoga session with SUP Touring
* 3 days of SUP board hire, the use of Starboard SUPs, paddles, wetsuit and leashes
* 2 morning’s organic breakfast including coffee, herbal tea & water
* transportation to the SUP-spots

Location
Location is Mana Lodge, Sint Odulfstraat 2, Wijk aan Zee. Free parking is available in the entire village, but not in the Sint Odulfstraat.

Extra information
Besides the standard program you can choose extra activities and workshops so we can arrange a customized program for you on request. Soulsupyoga will make all the efforts to find everyone the best conditions for each Sup session but SUP like any other watersport is always dependent on weather/ocean/swell conditions. If there is too much wind or dangerous conditions in general on a specific day, the Sup sessions will be exchanged for a Yoga Sessions. All participants must sign a responsibility term before going on the water. We advise you to travel with travel/sports insurance for medical care.
