What to expect: SUP with Soul!


Desperate for an adventure this summer but short on time? This trip is for you! A jam-packed weekend of paddleboarding, yoga and outdoor living, set to the backdrop of beautifully wild coastal Holland. Only 45 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam. The weekend includes inland SUP tours, SUP yoga, and ocean SUP adventures.  As well as (on land) yoga sessions at a private cosy studio (Mana Lodge) to ease out tired happy bodies from busy days out on the water.

Location is Mana Lodge, Sint Odulfstraat 2, Wijk aan Zee. Free parking is available in the entire village, but not in the Sint Odulfstraat.



Price for these three days Sup & yoga adventure weekend is £555 per person, £55 early bird discount if you book by 28th March. Only 8 spaces available! Be sure to get in there quick.  A £150 deposit is required to confirm your space, with the full amount payable by 30th June 2019.

Extra information

Besides the standard program you can choose extra activities and workshops so we can arrange a customized program for you on request. SOULSUPYOGA will make all the efforts to find everyone the best conditions for each Sup Surfing session but SUP like any other watersport is always dependent on weather/ocean/swell conditions. If there is too much wind or dangerous conditions in general on a specific day, the Sup Surfing sessions will be exchanged for Sup Touring and or extra Yoga Sessions. All participants must sign a responsibility term before going on the water. We advise you to travel with travel/sports insurance for medical care. Wet suits are included and perfect for usage on the flat water; however a full-suit or a steamer is preferable for Sup Surfing on the Ocean. So bring your own full-suit.

3 days sup & yoga adventure weekend wijk aan zee

This weekend is run in partnership with Rosie Markwick, an experienced yogateacher who grew up in London, studied in Edinburgh, lived in Melbourne and became a yoga teacher in Bali. Wanderlust is her best and most consistent vice. One day she believes she will find a warm beach town that anchors her, maybe Wijk aan Zee.....

For whom


This retreat is open to all and beginner yogis or paddles are very welcome. However if you are new to SUP and would like to get on a board before the trip, beginner lessons can be arranged in London or Wijk aan Zee.

This weekend retreat includes:

- 4 x Stand Up Paddleboarding adventures over the weekend… ocean SUP, inland SUP tours, SUP yoga & SUP surf

- 3 x ‘On land’ yoga sessions to ease out tired, happy bodies from busy days on the water

- All SUP and yoga equipment, inc. wetsuits

- 3 nights twin/double shared accommodation in a beautiful 4 star beach side Dutch B&B just moments from the SUP lodge

- Brunch (breakfast) at our SUP lodge on Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- SUP with SOUL goody bag

- Transfers to and from local train station 


Cost does not include;

- Travel to Beverwijk (local train station), regular trains from Amsterdam Central in 36 minutes
