SUP & YOGA RETREATS
This retreat is for people who love the outdoors and the beach, are new to yoga or already practice yoga. We like to share our love for yoga, stand up paddle (sup), nature and soul to create more passion and pleasure. We want to empower and inspire you, show you the beautiful nature of Holland, share our interest for soul and spirit (Mana) and give you a wonderful vacation experience.

Location is Mana Lodge, Sint Odulfstraat 2, Wijk aan Zee. Free parking is available in the entire village.
Friday afternoon from 3 pm you are able to check-in yourself at your room across Mana Lodge if you booked two nights.
We do set a minimum of 5 people for the retreat. If there are not enough people to join we could cancel the retreat 14 days before.
If the weather conditions are too bad for sup on flat water we will do an extra yoga class. There is a maximum of 9 people.
What to expect
Sup and yoga retreats focuses on enjoying time together, practice yoga and some sup. Led by experienced teachers in the beautiful Mana Lodge we offer you full days of joy.
Mana Lodge is located in the famous surfing village Wijk aan Zee, in the dunes, next to a church and 1 minute from the beach and the ocean. Mana is the Hawaiian word for soul, spirit and life energy which is reflected in the interior.
The kitchen is probably the heart of Mana Lodge, here we start with a breakfast, make plans for the day, drink tea & coffee, listen to music and have long warm conversations next to the fire place!
The yoga we practice is for all levels. We activate the energy system in our body and create more balance. We want to do as much yoga in nature as possible as we are in a beautiful environment. Weather permitting we will do yoga in the dunes or on the beach. If not we have space in Mana Lodge (once an old church) to do the class. We will provide you with a mat and props.
Learn the basics of stand up paddling. sup experience is not requiered and for all ages. We will sup on flat water.
